Tasks
As Sales Manager for Engine Services, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You are responsible for sales projects including contract negotiations for the technical product part in close coordination with the respective corporate sales organization
- You are responsible for managing sales projects for specific products, acquiring new customers for these products and developing customer loyalty.
- You are responsible for and create complex offers, business plans and risk assessments for sales projects for the respective products
- You coordinate the content with internal interfaces and present the sales project
- You look after customers, process customer inquiries, analyze and optimize customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty.

Requirements
We deliberately refrain from listing soft skills, as we would like to get to know you personally. We would be delighted if you have the following qualifications:
- Completed university degree, preferably in the field of (business) engineering or economics
- At least 3 years of professional experience in sales of technical products, project management, strategy or customer service
- Good knowledge of business management principles and interrelationships, good knowledge of contract and aviation law as well as an understanding of aviation technology, good knowledge of internal processes and interrelationships at Lufthansa Technik
- Experience in project management tasks
- Business fluent in English - additional foreign languagedesirable
