Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the aerospace and defense industries
- Build new and maintain existing customer relationships
- Drive double digit annual growth take full responsibility for continued improvement of customer relationships and customer satisfaction
- Sell short and long-term applications that fit the company’s core competencies and competitive niche.
- Develop wining proposals targeted at high value customers and programs
Goals:
- Book $2M in new customer business booked (2026)
- Grow base business by 5%+ (2026)
- $2M in sales from new business (2027)
