JOB DESCRIPTION Technical Officer – QA&TS Job Responsibilities1. Application for C of A, Variation C of A, ARC, and Noise Certificate: Efficiently manage the application process for the Certificate of Airworthiness (C of A), Variation C of A, Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC), and Noise Certificate for new and used Aircraft induction. This includes reviewing and preparing all necessary documents, submitting applications via the eGCA portal, ensuring timely approval from DGCA, and coordinating with internal departments and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth induction and fleet expansion. Response to shortfall/Queries raised during scrutiny.2. Ensure the timely application of weight schedules for new, used, and weight variant-change Aircrafts. This includes a comprehensive review of all necessary documentation required for applying the weight schedule. The goal is that all documents meet the standards and requirements set by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). Additionally, fulfilling all DGCA regulatory requirements is essential to secure approvals within the specified timelines.3. Response to the Audit findings/ SAFA Finding/ DGCA Finding related to Onboard documents and replace or update any missing or expired documents.4. Preparation of the documents file along with necessary documents along with maintenance history of repair and apply in eGCA to obtain necessary permission and approval.5. Associating in C-CHECK of the Aircraft in Indigo contracted MRO and Ensuring all actions taken during the C-CHECK are recorded in the relevant documents as required by authority and ensuring that the documentation should be in accordance with IndiGos procedures for record-keeping, which could involve digital systems for tracking maintenance logs and actions taken.6. Preparation of GACA, Hong Kong and Bahrain files for the approval of aircraft to operate in these regions, along with obtaining approval from the DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) and coordinating with DGCA officials for scrutiny of same.7. Upload Documents on board on the 6E portal and maintaining up-to-date records including fleet status as per various regulatory authority.8. Upload Delivery documents on 6E Portal for inducting Aircraft post TOT.9. Preparation of Aeromobile license recommendation application and post verification from B2 engineer forward application to DGCA hqrs.10. Preparation of documents and applying Aeromobile station license, Short term permit and renewal of ASL of IGO fleet.11. Maintaining register for allotment of approval related to inspection schedule, inspection procedure sheets for CAMO and CAR 145 activity.12. Updating tracker for Mode S and EIS timeline.13. Assist in Induction of IGO Aircraft and Wet lease Aircraft at DGCA NR.14. Assist in ON-TIME issuance of Special Flight Permit, Export C of A and Approval of the Repair in DGCA.15. Assist in ON-TIME approvals and Renewal of various company approvals and manuals in DGCA.16. Assisting facilitating DGCA officials for physical inspection of IGO aircraft at Delhi Airport.17. Any other duties and functions as assigned by Induction incharge. |
