This includes assisting with project planning, process reviews and redesigns, solution development, and supporting issue resolution and escalation. The role also involves contributing to research, analysis, planning, and monitoring activities to ensure successful project delivery.
A key focus of the role is to support the growth and global expansion of Emirates retail presence, including the opening of new and incremental stores. The Project Officer will play a critical role in delivering a tailored customer experience and enhancing the Emirates brand within retail environments. This includes the integration of new technologies, bespoke customer offerings, and a shift toward selling a complete customer experience rather than just tickets.
In this role, you will;
- Monitor, track and report on the status of project deliverables to ensure time, cost and quality metrics are in line with approved project plans for assigned projects.
- Maintain register of compliance with endorsed project management methodology.
- Lead change management processes as required.
- Contribute to the development of project plans under the guidance of a Project Manager to develop future capability.
- Research and analyse options in relation to business cases and project deliverables to guide optimal decision making.
