JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE AS A:
Guest Services Officer
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the work of guest service and flight operation, ensuring safety, the on-time performance and efficient operation of flights, NPS. And as secondary in charge of the operation team when necessary, assist the Duty Manager to manage the station operation.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
- Report to the DM level above or Station Manager if necessary.

- Lead team to perform & complete the routine tasks as follows:
带领小组执行和完成以下日常运行任务
Supervise and perform the nominated ground handler passenger movement process inside the terminal: Pre-check-in, Check-in, Baggage reconciliation, Departure gate process, Boarding, Pre-flight, Flight closing, Post-flight, related reports and documentations.
监控或执行航站楼内乘客值机和登机全过程,包括乘客机票咨询、购买、变更等相关服务,行李托运、分拣等流程,航班开始及关闭服务,航前航后各项报表、文件
Supervise & monitor ramp operations: ARR and DEP ramp movement, Cargo, Engineering, Refuelling, Cabin Cleaning, Loading and unloading, BAH/DPR/OHD, Weight and balance.
监控机坪操作流程 ,包括各流程的动态监督,货物进出港流程、机务、油料、机坪装卸、机上清洁等人员准时到位和流程及时进行,不正常行李处理、配载平衡等操作
Ensure above all ground handling activities strictly comply with our SOP and meet the requirements as per different AOCs.
确保以上由地面代理提供的各项服务符合各AOC公司的运行程序标准和要求。
Supervise & perform post-flight operations:Banking、Daily service report、Monitor routine operation and administration
监督和执行航班的后续工作,包括银行入账,日常服务报表
Ensure no safety issue during operations and on time performance at station.
确保航班运行安全及航班准点
Provide timely and accurate monthly station report
根据公司的要求,及时提供准确并有效的报告。
Assist station to achieve daily and monthly task
协助航站经理完成部门既定的目标
- As secondary in charge of the operation team when necessary or duty manager is vacant(Designated by DM or above).
如果必要或值班经理不在航站时做为临时负责人管理航站小组日常运作(需由值班经理以上指定)
- Complete other jobs assigned by DM level above including station Manager.
按时完成DM及以上管理人员布置的其它工作
WHO YOU ARE:
大专或以上学历
- Microsoft (word/excel/power point etc) or Google will be a plus
熟悉 Office,通 Google 办公软件更佳。
适应轮班
- Good / Excellent English speaking , writing and listening
英语的说写听良好
- With relevant foreign airlines work experience will be a plus
有相关航空工作经验优先
- Good / Excellent interpersonal and Team work spirit. Obey management & work assignment
良好的交往能力和团队合作精神,服从管理和工作分配。
- Good / Excellent communication skills and learning ability
良好的沟通技巧和学习能力
- Be able to work under pressure and long hours
