Summary:

Responsibilities:
Develop robust PC-DMIS inspection routines for machined components at all stages-rough, semi-finished, and finished.
Ensure parts meet GD&T and industry standards.
Maintain accurate inspection documentation and non-conformance records.
Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Production teams to address issues and drive improvements.
Support inspection process optimization, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Assist inspectors by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR regulations and company procedures.
Requirements:
6+ years of CMM programming experience with a strong focus on PC-DMIS.
Solid background in quality assurance and precision inspection.
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
Knowledge of inspection techniques for various machining processes (milling, turning, etc.).
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with aerospace materials (nickel, titanium, aluminum) is a plus.
U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR compliance.
