Role IntroductionReports To: Business Development Manager
This role will be responsible for local Business Development, business support for major mileage sales partners, coordination with HQ departments and local admin support.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development and Revenue Generation
- Lead small and medium scale Non-Air Lifestyle Partnership for both earn, points conversion and redemption to meet revenue targets
Business Development Support
- Support Business Development team on new partnership development and existing partner maintenance, including external partner communication, internal HQ coordination (IT integral coordination, operational arrangements, settlement, and etc.), contract review coordination, and joint campaign.
- Work together with Business Development team, China Marketing, Headquarter and Partners on design and execution of member recruitment campaign with partners, track results regularly and improve promotion with new ideas.
- Support spaneting campaign communication, execution, and result monitoring in partner channels.
Market and Business Performance Analysis
- Work together with Business Development team to solicit new earn and redemption partners in China, track and analyse the business result on a regular basis.
- Update Asia Miles by Cathay introduction materials
- Collect local industry trends and competitor news regularly
Admin Support
- Admin local support on office operations, such as stamping, filing purchase requisition form, etc.
RequirementsAcademic Qualifications
- University degree preferably in Marketing, business studies or related discipline
Knowledge, Skills, Training and Experience
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience on business development, partnership maintenance, spaneting. Proven experience on partnership/ CRM/ loyalty program will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills, be able to build relationship with internal and external customers
- Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Accountability, dedicated, and innovative
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficient using office software, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
