Contract Position
Pay Estimated: $21.80-$26.80/Hour
This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors, (geographical location, etc.)
Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.
Responsibilities:
Perform moderately complex assembly operations — both repetitive and non-repetitive — on electronic and mechanical components, including modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
Use schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings to fabricate, wire, solder, and harness subassemblies and systems.
Build and integrate hardware for prototypes, production, or pre-production environments.
Conduct moderately complex electrical testing, including troubleshooting and rework/refurbishment of hardware.
Follow established processes and sequencing techniques to ensure quality and consistency in production.
Accurately complete process documentation and enter data into work order management systems.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production assembly.
Certifications: Experience with J-STD-001 Space Addendum preferred.
Technical Skills:
Skilled in hand soldering, cable harnessing, and using measuring/test equipment.
Ability to interpret moderately complex schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
Proficient in data entry and navigating production tracking systems.
Work Conditions: On-site work required.
