• Develops and recommends practical revenue growth actions, taking a strong leadership role in a wide variety of revenue initiatives, collaborating with other departments including Revenue Management, Network Planning, Sales, Finance, AAdvantage, Cobrand and Marketing
• Leads a team of senior analysts to identify and quantify revenue opportunities through in-depth analysis of data
• Values and drives forward top priority commercial initiatives that span across the company, bringing alignment around commercial strategies, maintaining clear communication across teams, and ensuring cross-functional actions are completed
• Drives and coordinates projects with other departments and presents analyses and recommendations to senior leadership
• Ensures continuous training and provides development opportunities for the analysts
• Contributes to and drives forward a thriving team culture exemplified by personal integrity and accountability, respect and inclusiveness, collaboration, adaptability, positivity, and care for others
• Builds knowledge and experience to create a vision for the future direction of Revenue Analysis, other commercial teams, and the company at large.
