None/Not RequiredThe Senior Operations Supervisor is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a team of hourly manufacturing employees and driving daily repair operations. In this role, youll manage activities on the repair floor, ensuring smooth coordination and scheduling across departmental functions (operations, contracts, engineering, materials, and quality). Youll also play a key role in workforce development—coaching team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Lead and manage repair operations, including shop floor execution, workforce planning, and disruption management.
Handle all supervisory responsibilities, including time & attendance, performance management, training, communication, disciplinary actions, and work scheduling.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
