Job Description:

Tasks

  • Lead and manage major cross-functional projects (using classical or hybrid approaches) from initiation to successful completion
  • Steer the project portfolio by prioritizing initiatives, aligning resources, managing reporting, project controlling and supporting project managers across the organization
  • Closely collaborate with the global management team and project leads to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Further develop and enforce the use of professional project management standards, methods (incl. OKRs), and tools
  • Represent projects and the project portfolio to internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively identify risks and issues, and develop viable solutions and mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with legal and data protection requirements throughout all project phases

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years in managing complex, strategic projects
  • Experience in portfolio management, project governance, stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of classical/hybrid PM methods and OKR
  • Strong in resource/risk management and performance reporting
  • Skilled in PM tools and MS Office (e.g., MS Project, Confluence, Jira)
  • Fluent in English; German a plus
  • Analytical, structured, and self-driven work style
  • Strong communication across functions and cultures
  • Team player in cross-functional, international settings
  • Resilient under pressure and in dynamic environments
  • Handles conflicting priorities and tight deadlines transparently
  • Confident in alignment and decision-making
