What You Will Be Doing

As a Manufacturing Support Team Member

•Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.
•The incumbent may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.
•Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.
Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Further Information About This Opportunity:

This position is in Crestview, FL.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access and is in direct support of a U.S. government contract that requires a company-sponsored clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experienced with operations typical of a heavy aviation modification environment
- Experienced with requirements and compliance with Government and Military aviation maintenance standard .e.g. AS9100 - 8210 - Technical orders and directives, engineering drawings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have the ability to work non-standard shifts in support of military special operations objectives
- Ability to motivate teams to achieve goals while also positively impacting employee morale
- Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance
Desired Skills:
-Ability to Self-sufficiently organize and execute production strategies, manage large personnel team sizes, and work effectively through frequently conflicting priorities -Military Special Operations customer support experience preferred
-5 Years AC-130J modification / management experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
