Your main tasks:

  • Supporting the IT Governance Manager with various administrative tasks
  • Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting relevant information
  • Preparing, updating, and maintaining documentation
  • Acting as a point of contact between IT Customer Service Agents and the IT Service Management Team, while creating concise articles and procedures

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

Your profile:

  • Advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an asset
  • Student of English and/or German philology, Administration or related
  • Strong interest in the IT field and eagerness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools is an asset (Jira, ServiceNow)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently when required
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
