Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day to day maintenance activities to ensure completion within specified period.
• Generate daily/weekly management reports for the HVAC assets availability as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• HVAC Supervisor involves effectively monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, overseeing the servicing and maintenance of HVAC systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting inspection testing and commissioning, and creating reports using appropriate tools and methods in accordance with safe work practices and standard procedures.
• Prepare Scope of Method statements, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), closing work orders in Oracle, assigning and delegating tasks to team members, conducting toolbox talks, organizing spare parts, managing the procurement process, and meeting managements needs.
• Creating key performance indicators and providing feedback and reports on the daily operation of HVAC assets.
• Managing and supervising contractual staff.
• Accountable for planning and conducting in-house technical, safety trainings and briefings to personnel under his supervision.

Qualification:

• High School Qualification/ Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience.
• Awareness of the chilled water and packaged units, AHU, FCU, VRF, SPLIT UNIT and Window units.
• Preferred with airport experience, hotel and hospital industry.
• Knowledge of Chiller Plant Manager or BMS for air cooled and water-cooled systems.
