Tasks
As a Facility Management Supervisor, you will perform the following duties:
- Responsible for the management and coordination of Facility Management (FM) service providers and construction companies as well as for the execution and coordination of maintenance projects.
- Together with the local representatives of the Ground Operations, you prepare the FM budget for the facility and are responsible for budget tracking and cost management.in regards to FM investments and expenditures.
- Documentation and reporting of introduced changes to the department/field and users
- Acceptance of contract works/services from supply- and service contracts, as well as supervision of agency/external staff of 3rd
- Independent project lead and self-responsible steerage and execution of projects.
* Perform all other duties requiered by supervisors

Requirements

- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree requiered
- Civil engineer, construction engineer, electrical engineer, MEP engineer, architect or technician with equivalent practical experienceBachelors degree in civil engineer, construction engineer, electrical engineer, MEP engineer, architect or technician with equivalent practical experience required
- Fluency in English language required
- Knowledge in Computer Aided Facility Management System (CAFM) and / or Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Computer Aided Design (CAD) Office
- Must be willing and able to operate a forklift and become forklift-certified
- Willingness to travel on behalf of the company as needed
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S
