Your responsibilities 

• Lead the Quality Management Team and its activities within the Division 

• Communicate customer, regulatory and organizational requirements to assure product quality, contract compliance and customer satisfaction

• Oversee the effective documentation and implementation of the quality management system to assure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements and all set standards

• Develop and implement the Division Quality strategy in consultation with the related departments

• Support of local plants in case of customer, supplier, or internal escalations

• Responsible for Supplier Quality Management in the Division, incl. qualification and serial management of suppliers/parts in collaboration with Supply Chain Management (PPAP, APQP)

Who we are looking for

• University Degree (or international equivalent) with good working knowledge of engineering principles 

• 3+ years working in a senior Quality role, ideally in manufacturing with major OEM customers

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills as well as being able to drive projects forward & create results 

• Innovative,  embraces lean enterprises principles and practices

• 6 or more years of experience in Quality or Engineering, with at least 3 or more years of experience in a leadership role

• Previous work experience ideally includes experience  with quality improvement tools and techniques (i.e., Lean, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis); appropriate certifications in Quality relative to the level of responsability.
