NTS is actively hiring experienced Helicopter A&P Mechanics to support a fast-paced, high-volume maintenance operation in Fort Worth, TX.

To be considered, candidates must have recent, hands-on experience on at least 2 of the following manufacturers and models:

Aircraft Platforms
- Bell: 505, 206, 212, 412, 429, 407, UH-1
- Airbus: AS120, EC130, AS350, AS355, EC135, EC145, EC155
- Leonardo: AW109, AW119, AW139, AW169
- MD: MD369 / MD500
- Sikorsky: S76, UH-60
?? Candidates without rotorcraft experience on these platforms will not be considered
?? What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform maintenance, repair, and inspections on a variety of rotorcraft
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and engine systems
- Conduct rotor track & balance and apply adjustment theory
- Interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, ADs, and service bulletins
- Diagnose and adjust engine parameters (oil pressure, Ng, temps, topping)
- Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, borescopes, etc.)
- Ensure all work meets FAA and company compliance standards
- Maintain accurate documentation for all maintenance performed
- Collaborate with mechanics and engineers to keep aircraft mission-ready
? What You Need to Qualify
- 3+ years of helicopter maintenance experience
- 2+ years on specified rotorcraft platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Experience using aviation tools and measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
? Highly Preferred
- FAA A&P License
- Inspection Authorization (IA)
- OEM training within the last 4 years
- Military or commercial rotorcraft experience
- Leadership or lead mechanic experience
