Helicopter Avionics Technician (Bell / Airbus / Sikorsky) – Fort Worth, TX – $36–$45/hr

Pay: $36.00–$45.00/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire (6 Months → Direct Hire)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• 3+ years helicopter avionics experience (REQUIRED)
• Experience with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of avionics systems
• Strong hands-on experience with wiring, harnessing, and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
• Experience with NAV/COM, GPS, Autopilot, and aircraft electrical systems

Responsibilities:
• Install, route, and secure wiring, cables, and avionics components
• Install and configure radios, navigation systems, autopilots, and antennas
• Troubleshoot and repair aircraft electrical and avionics systems
• Perform testing, diagnostics, and system checks prior to return to service
• Remove, repair, and reinstall faulty avionics components
• Perform precision soldering and component-level repairs
• Analyze discrepancies and provide accurate root cause diagnoses
• Organize and utilize ground support and test equipment
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Coordinate with avionics team, maintenance crew, and leadership
Compensation & Details:
• $36.00–$45.00/hr (DOE)
• Overtime available
• Temp-to-hire (6 months with strong conversion potential)
