Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED required.
- No prior experience necessary; one (1) year of general labor, handyman, or maintenance experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Basic mechanical aptitude and desire to grow in the maintenance field.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and team oriented.
- Ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.
- Strong work ethic and ability to take direction with minimal supervision.
