Aerotek Aviation is looking to hire an Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic to maintain and repair corporate jet aircraft parts and systems in Bloomfield, CT. This Mechanic will be responsible for performing sheet metal fabrication, riveting, assembling, and disassembling of aircraft structures, mainly Bombardier aircraft parts/systems. Aeroteks client is looking for specific experience with handling repairs from start to finish, i.e. inspection, evaluation, finding appropriate data in manuals, preparing sketches for engineering support and providing liaison work of this type, executing repairs.
Must Haves:
4+ years of sheet metal fabrication or composite experience
4+ years of experience working on aircraft
4+ years of structures overall experience (sheet metal and/or composites)
This position offers per diem and will pay up to $45.00 an hour.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
