Administrative position with responsibility for providing general support to the Materials department.   

Responsible for the Storeroom – filling of requisitions, receiving and storing of merchandise.    

Assist on projects as needed and provide support to the Purchasing departments.

• Responsible for conducting daily/weekly/monthly inventories
• Control and maintain IDS requisition system
• Reconcile all daily invoices against purchase orders
• Ensure the cleanliness of the area and maintain items in an orderly fashion
• Responsible for the receipt of incoming merchandise including rotation of items and date stamping of items
• Maintain IDS specs and update as needed (menus specifications, cycle changes, etc.)
• Responsible for ordering of food products and completion of all requisition forms daily
• Conduct “checks and balances” on high cost items to ensure all items match (received, issued, etc.)
• Follow up on all product changes affecting  the CSC
• Assist the Purchasing department on projects as needed
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years clerical/ materials/purchasing experience
• Experience with the following systems required: 
  • SAP
  • FIORI
  • Cbase
• Familiar with Sky Chefs computer systems a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet, Word, Outlook
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with large groups – must be flexible
