About the Role

On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for a Technical Service Engineer to support their maintenance activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Support the maintenance and repair operations, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and regulatory standards

Resolution of technical issues, raising and manging technical support request
Address and resolve technical queries to support smooth and efficient maintenance and repair operations
Assist planning department and create work instructions in line with work requests
Assist commercial department in acceptance and quoting of new workscopes
Identify tooling, material and manhour requirements
Conduct regular and thorough reviews of documentation
Ensure all necessary resources and tools are in place for the shop to implement these changes effectively
Work closely with all departments, including safety and compliance, workshop and customer services, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of technical services
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices and procedures

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role in aviation
Right to live and work in the UK
