Who are we looking for?
You will be responsible for the follow-up, coordination and execution of the talent acquisition process with the purpose of adding to the performance of Brussels Airlines by hiring the right, competent employees. You will be working closely with both the hiring managers & job applicants for positions posted on our recruitment channels.
Main tasks & responsibilities
- Coordinates the recruitment & selection for the respective hiring managers with the purpose of selecting the rightly qualified employees, and this in close consultation with the respective hiring manager(s);
- Finds, evaluates and draws up the most effective recruitment and selection procedure, taking the available time and means into consideration;
- Carries out plans and realizes recruitment campaigns, possibly in co-operation with external consultancy companies, with the purpose of building up a short-list of candidates who are suitable for the position;
- Carries out, amongst others, tests and interviews intended to measure the technical expertise, abilities and the future potential, with the purpose of supplying recommendations to the hiring managers involved;
- Maintains the existing database of candidates and updates the statistics required with the purpose of supplying the management with current information;
- Acts as internal specialist to the internal management involved regarding the recruitment & selection and constantly stays up-to-date about the most recent developments and trends within the labor spanet.
Your profile

- Bachelor or Master degree, Psychology degree is an asset;
- Proven experience in recruitment & selection;
- Experience in a blue collar environment is preferred;
- Well-organized;
- Sound judgement;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must;
- Knowledge of assessment techniques;
- Very good knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
