Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Graphic Designer to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing complex information into accurate and visually appealing representations, working closely with our proposal team to produce responses to government Request for Proposals (RFPs).

Key Responsibilities:
Leverage Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel to format, produce, and revise complex publication materials, including technical articles, proposals, publications, books, manuals, and reports
Apply expertise in Adobe software programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, or demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop skills in these areas
Collaborate with the proposal team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials, meeting customer deadlines and requirements

Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Open to learning and demonstrating a growth mindset, with a willingness to adapt to new software and technologies
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment:
This position is based in Fort Worth, TX, and requires in-office presence, with occasional travel and overtime possible to meet customer deadlines

The selected candidate will undergo a probationary period prior to full integration into the team.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office Programs in particular Word and to include Power Point and Excel.

Experience with translating complex graphical
ideas and converting them to simple, readable
graphics.

Experience communicating with customers to
understand and meet their needs.
Desired Skills:
Experience with proposal or technical graphics /
illustrations including workflow, software and
best practices.
Experience composing multiple page publications
with graphics and text in Microsoft Word and
occasionally in PowerPoint or Excel.
Experience working in the defense industry.
Experience working in Adobe Software such as
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic
environment with multiple deadlines.
Experience working and communicating with a
team.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
