Description:You will be the Program Quality Engineering Manager for the Camden M270 Operations team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the quality and mission success of our programs, from proposal to production and support.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Quality Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategic plans for the M270 quality department, leading the implementation and execution of program quality requirements, and partnering with program teams to drive quality excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:
-Developing and executing quality plans across the program life-cycle
-Leading quality teams and partnering with program teams to ensure quality requirements are met
-Establishing quality budgets and cost commitments
-Participating in contract reviews and flowing down contract quality requirements
-Ensuring Quality Assurance Plans are documented and implemented
-Maintaining effective relationships with DCMA/Customer quality teams

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
STEM degree at bachelors level or higher, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.

Strong understanding and working knowledge of ISO9000/AS9100 Quality Management Systems.

Previous quality management experience with product life cycles beginning to end.
Desired Skills:
STEM degree at Bachelors level or higher preferred.

Experience in quality, or quality engineering in an aerospace industry.

Working knowledge of SAP, experience in the quality module a plus.

Knowledge of calibration / metrology systems and familiarity with nondestructive testing processes.

Product experience / knowledge of Launcher Programs, Missiles and Fire Control, PAC-3 or THAAD
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
