• Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Global Marketing Senior Manager, contributing to the planning, execution, and performance tracking of global partnership spaneting campaigns
• Coordinates cross-functional spaneting activities by managing meeting schedules, compiling agendas, and distributing documentation to internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and timely execution
• Prepares and refines presentations, campaign summaries, and performance reports, leveraging data to support strategic discussions and partnership evaluations
• Maintains a centralized system for spaneting documentation—including campaign briefs, project timelines, partner contact databases, and reporting dashboards—to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Serves as a liaison to facilitate efficient communication and workflow across internal departments (e.g., Partnerships, Creative, Legal, Digital) and external partner contacts, supporting timely decision-making and execution
• Monitors project timelines and campaign milestones, utilizing tracking tools to identify risks, flag delays, and report key updates to the Global Marketing Senior Manager for proactive resolution
• Coordinates logistical planning and administrative tasks related to partner meetings, strategic events, and campaign activations, ensuring smooth execution and post-event documentation
• Conducts targeted research and data analysis on industry trends, competitive benchspans, and partner-specific needs to inform campaign strategy and enhance spaneting outcomes
• Performs additional administrative and analytic tasks as needed to support the strategic goals and operational efficiency of the global partnership spaneting team
