Job Description:

Tasks

  • Assessing the design and results of Key Performance Indicators through sample testing
  • Assessing the design and effectiveness of Internal Controls
  • Assessing the quality of process documentation
  • Maintaining up-to-date and adequate procedures for Internal ICPA processes
  • Supervising root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive measures
  • Interacting successfully with various internal departments (predominantly Operations and Process Management) and acting as a trusted partner
  • Actively seeking opportunities for operational performance improvement, including process harmonization

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (or in the final stages of completion)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP and IRIS (nice to have)
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • German language skills (nice to have)
  • Basic understanding of risk and control concepts and their importance
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BPO or service delivery financial processes
  • At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance or audit (basic level)
  • Diligent, independent, and systematic approach to work
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • High attention to detail and focus on quality deliverables from the end-user perspective
  • Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation
  • Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude
  • Focus on process harmonization, automation, and efficiency
