Role Summary
* In this role, you will provide administrative and logistics support within a Part 145 Repair Station. You will work closely with the Parts Department to manage the ordering, locating, tracking, and distribution of parts needed to support ongoing repair and maintenance operations. This position requires a strong background in logistics and prior experience working in a fast-paced aviation environment. The Administrative Assistant will ensure accurate recordkeeping, maintain effective communication with vendors and internal teams, and contribute to the smooth operation of the repair station. Education & Job Requirements
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with an associate degree preferred.
* Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably within aviation.
* Must have administrative assistant experience, including organizational and office support.
* Must have strong computer skills, including MS Office and inventory tracking systems.
* Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
* Would have experience working in a Part 145 Repair Station or aviation maintenance environment.
* Would have knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation parts processes.
* Would have familiarity with maintenance tracking or ERP systems. Job Duties/Functions
* Will provide administrative support, including documentation, scheduling, and correspondence.
* Will collaborate with the Parts Department to order, track, and manage inventory.
* Will locate and source required parts, ensuring timely delivery to support repair operations.
* Will track incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining accurate records.
* Will communicate with vendors and internal staff to resolve discrepancies and support workflow.
* Will assist in maintaining compliance with repair station and regulatory requirements.
