Boeing’s Enterprise Services Technology & Systems (ESTS) organization is currently seeking an Experienced Business Analyst to join the Technology, Stability, Optimization, and Customer Success (TSOC) team.
In this role, you will support systems onboarding, backend system administration, compliance audits, and application deployments. The position focuses on enhancing the Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Acquire-to-Retire (A2R) ecosystems to improve the overall experience for internal teams, stakeholders, and suppliers. Although this is an individual contributor role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams within ESTS and across the broader Boeing enterprise, including IT, architecture, finance, supplier management, and facilities. The role contributes to shaping the technology tools, training approaches, and governance processes that align with enterprise objectives.
The successful candidate facilitates system support, access, subscription oversight, and customer success; helping to drive alignment with the organization’s transformation roadmap and strategic priorities. What You Bring to Boeing
Systems Administration Experience (access validations, software license management, system file updates, control documentation updates, compliance activities, etc.)
Experience with S2P /A2R technologies preferred (SAP Ariba, AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, Cognos, etc.)
Software testing experience preferred (SIT, UAT)
Ability to foster and maintain relationships both internally and in industry; strong cross functional teaming expertise
Multi-level communication skills (peers through senior executives) with an ability to create compelling presentations, possess strong story telling skills, understand requirements, help manage and provide visibility to risks and roadblocks, lead by influence
Highly organized and self-motivated

Position Responsibilities
Facilitate cross-functional teams focused on single business processes with limited integration/impact with other processes
Facilitate effective structured process and product team meetings with appropriate use of process methods and tools
Apply basic process, data, and applications/systems architecture
Influence, negotiate, and act as a change agent with a diverse audience, may serve as mentor to others within the group
Support strategic planning efforts by researching established procedures and guidelines
Apply and integrate current strategic initiatives into process improvement activities
Schedule and plan assigned work
Contribute to the completion of specific programs, projects and implementation activities
Conduct business requirements review, coordinates testing schedules, and assists in the preparation of test scripts
Demonstrate familiarity and use of Project Management and/or Program Management Best Practices tools necessary to assist project leaders
Support the team by collecting task status and creating visibility materials of project, as required
Utilize and comply with the current documentation framework and standards
Assist in efforts to identify opportunities to eliminate, consolidate and/or simplify process documents
Support the transition from traditional documentation standards to evolving data and information management standards by entering and modifying process data to fit the standards
Assist with coordination of reviews, assessments, and audits of business process documentation, as required
Develop or assist with developing process standards, guidelines, methods and tools
Provide support to teams to work within, integrate with or improve the existing process architecture
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience managing Source to Pay (S2P) and/or Order to Cash (O2C) value streams in a SAP S/4 environment
3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Excel (IE: Building charts and graphs; task automation using macros, pivot tables and manipulation date, time, text and arrays)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience working with all levels and disciplines of an organization to resolve issues
Experience working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
3+ years of experience as a systems administrator

Summary pay range: $79,050 - $123,050
