Contract Position
$36.18-$40.20/Hour
Provide expert-level support for HR systems and processes, focusing on Workday HRMS administration, access management, and system troubleshooting. Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate data, and compliance across all HR system transactions.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process large-volume HR transactions in line with established practices and policies.
Serve as subject matter expert on Workday processes and HR systems for business partners and team members.
Review and resolve complex HR access requests, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate data and fact-finding assistance.
Develop and maintain process documentation for HR system applications.
Assign and monitor KANA ticket workload within the HR systems team.
Create and maintain electronic HR forms for transactions not supported in Workday self-service (TotalAccess).
Perform Workday system testing to validate functionality, security, and data integrity.
Create error queries and conduct HRMS data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to coordinate small-scale projects and resolve system or process issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
6+ years of related HR systems experience, including at least 2 years with Workday.
Strong knowledge of Workday HRMS, including security administration.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to troubleshoot system/data issues and ensure compliance with HR processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Workday EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder) for mass updates.
Familiarity with Workday Worklife.
Background in HR systems testing, data auditing, and process improvement.
Experience supporting HR audits and compliance-driven environments (e.g., aerospace, defense).
