Boeing’s Enterprise Services Technology & Systems (EST&S) organization is currently seeking a Business Analyst Team Lead to join our Technology Stability, Optimization, and Customer Success (TSOC) team, a key part of Boeing’s EST&S organization.
As a TSOC Team Lead, you will drive transformation, accelerate delivery, and enable enterprise-wide impact. Your leadership will shape the technology, tools, and talent that power our future, ensuring alignment with Boeing’s strategic objectives. This role offers the opportunity to influence both operational practices and long-term innovation across our global footprint. You will be pivotal in guiding the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Acquire-to-Retire (A2R) ecosystems, with a focus on enhancing the experiences of internal teams, stakeholders, and suppliers. You will collaborate across a diverse range of functions, including IT, architecture, finance, supplier management, and facilities, to drive meaningful, lasting change.

Position Responsibilities
Lead and support new and existing TSOC projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and successful enterprise-wide implementation
Monitor and report on team performance metrics; facilitate effective and results-driven team meetings and workshops
Provide oversight for deliverables, manage project scope, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including executive leadership
Coach, mentor, and provide guidance to team members across a range of technical and functional disciplines
Serve as a mentor and role model to others across the organization, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth
Define and mature governance models, talent development strategies, and organizational process improvements
Drive collaboration across EST&S, IT, architecture, finance, supplier management, facilities, and other cross-functional partners to enhance the S2P and A2R ecosystems
Serve as a liaison between customers and IT teams to resolve business requirements and ensure alignment to strategic objectives
Collaborate with project sponsors to define project scope, allocate resources, and prevent scope creep
Collect, analyze, document, and integrate requirements from multiple process owners
Conduct business requirements reviews, testing coordination, and preparation of test scripts
Evaluate and audit existing and proposed processes for technical effectiveness and compliance with functional, policy, and regulatory requirements
Lead the integration and improvement of the enterprise business architecture, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise architecture (information, data, and applications)
Lead the development and deployment of integrated strategic plans for process improvement, management, and organizational direction
Assess and influence Boeing’s strategic direction by reviewing and updating policies, procedures, processes, and long-range business plans
Prepare administrative and technical reports, project plans, and executive-level presentations/recommendations
Oversee recommendations for process, data, and systems architecture; ensure architectural compliance and alignment with business objectives
Integrate efforts to eliminate, consolidate, or simplify process documentation, and lead the transition toward evolving data and information management standards
Lead innovation in process standards, guidelines, and tools, staying current with industry best practices
Demonstrate proficiency in Project Management/Program Management best practices to guide project lifecycles from initiation through completion
Establish monitoring plans to track project performance, scope changes, critical path, and overall status
Lead the successful execution of enterprise-wide initiatives, programs, and transformation projects, applying cost-benefit analysis for work estimates
Benchspan and present Boeing’s best practices at industry conferences and seminars
Collaborate with process improvement organizations (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) to drive continuous improvement and innovative solutions.
Develop techniques to evaluate business opportunities, risks, and intangible benefits associated with process design and management
What You Bring to Boeing
Technical knowledge with S2P /A2R technologies preferred (SAP Ariba, Exostar, AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, Cognos, etc.)
Knowledge of Boeing International Business (BIBS) and their supplier invoicing process
Lead large-scale, critical projects/initiatives related to business processes improvements (lean), technology implementation, policy and procedures reviews/simplifications, etc. – as well as integrate across others that are leading critical projects/initiatives
Lead team members in bi-weekly meetings, manage/oversee team performance metrics, mentor/support team members in projects
Software lifecycle testing and management experience preferred
Foster and maintain relationships both internally and in industry; strong cross functional teaming expertise
Multi-level communication skills (peers through senior executives) with an ability to create compelling presentations, possess strong story telling skills, build business cases, understand requirements, help manage and provide visibility to risks and roadblocks, lead by influence, have bias for data driven decisions and drive decisions/outcomes to fruition
A passion for building and sharing knowledge
Motivation to deliver simpler, faster and better experiences for our team and others (Lean / Process Improvement)
Translate data into compelling, strategic and executable recommendations/solutions

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience in managing relationships with business leaders and executives, leading complex portfolio of engagements, enabling leaders to make data-driven decisions
5+ years of experience leading large scale, integrated software testing efforts that include test planning, integrated scheduling, test execution and test results reporting
5+ years of experience managing Source to Pay (S2P) and/or Order to Cash (O2C) value streams in a SAP S/4 environment
5+ years of experience with the Ariba procurement system
5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Excel (IE: Building charts and graphs; task automation using macros, pivot tables and manipulation date, time, text and arrays)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience working with all levels and disciplines of an organization to resolve issues
Experience working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with invoicing and/or finance

Summary pay range: $122,400 - $190,900
