· Proficient in documenting both Agile deliverables (e.g. epics, user stories, workflows, wireframes, product backlogs) and Waterfall documentation (e.g. business requirements, functional specifications, process maps).
· Effective workshop facilitation skills for eliciting requirements and aligning stakeholders.
· Strong analytical and lateral thinking to assess the broader impact of change.
· Ability to create high-quality documentation and take full ownership of deliverables.
· Confident communicator across all levels of the organisation.

DESIRABLE SKILLS REQUIRED
· Experience within the Aviation or Travel industry, ideally within operational domains.
· Involvement in Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Pricing (RFP) processes.
· Significant experience across the full delivery lifecycle, including:
o Business case development
o Project initiation and scoping
o Requirements capture and change control
o Solution development, testing (UAT), and delivery
o Early life support and benefits realisation
· Experience working on projects aligned to strategic business priorities.
· Familiarity with agile and waterfall delivery environments within a hybrid or scaled framework.
· Ability to build relationships and influence across business and technical teams.
